22 years

2.  When you’re not driving, what do you do (for a living):
Vegetation Auditor for ETSA Utilities

3.  Family, children, pets:
Wife – Lynette, two boys – Darcy 7 & Cooper 4, Animals – Sheep, Chooks.

4.  What do you drive:
Rally vehicle is a Subaru WRX STi 2001 (bug eyes), green and gold.  Tow vehicle is Nissan Patrol. Tow vehicle for caravan is a Chevy Silverado and all have Lightforce lights fitted.

5.  Modifications to your vehicle:
Run in Group N trim, Drummond 50mm suspension, 5 speed Pfitzner Dog box gearbox, Ecuteck tuning, 33mm restrictor.

6.  First  rally competition vehicle:
TX Gemini

7.  Dream vehicle:
Lamborghini Contarge LP 500

8.  Best race wins:
1st in novice event in 1989, it was the 1st ever event I went in; 2nd outright in the 2010 Copyworld Walky 100 Robertstown Rally; and 2nd in Kuitpo Forest Rally which lead to winning the 2010 South Australian Rally Championship.

9.  Favourite race track:
Wirrabara Forest in the wet.

10.  Favourite competition:
Robertstown Rally. You either have a really good event or it all goes wrong.

11.  Favourite “Off The Beaten Track”:
Anywhere with no one around and I can put a fishing line in the water.

12.  Favourite Lightforce product:
Up to 2009 was HID’s but the new Genesis 12v Halogens have blown me away with the spread and distance.

13.  Career Highlight:
Competing in the World Rally Championships in WA in 2006. Winning the State Championship.

14.  Career Goal:
2010 goal was to win the SA State Rally Championship which I achieved. Now I would like to have a Top 5 finish in the Australian Rally Championship.

15.  Who is your idol (can be anyone!):
In rallying it is Sebastian Loeb. He is a master behind the wheel.

16.  Dead or Alive – which 4 famous people would you invite to your next BBQ:
Sir Jack Brabham – someone who can engineer, build and race a vehicle to win a world championship.  Sebastian Loeb – looks so smooth behind the wheel. An artist at work.  John Butler – to watch someone who can play an instrument with skill and ease.  President of the USA – to listen to someone with aura and an ability to talk to anyone.

17.  Are you Arnold Schwarzenegger or Hugh Grant:
Neither, I ‘m more a Hugh Jackman – a jack of all trades.
